A: So you sift through your wardrobe, thinking about the outfit you want to wear to that thing this weekend. This top is so cute! It's perfect! You pull it up and check yourself out in the mirror. Is it pretentious to think I look this good, when I really DO look this good?? You reach for your go-to Navy Blue Leggings, and it unfurls to reveal a run down the leg! Ugh, perfect. Do I still have time to order another pair of leggings? Will it still arrive on time? Do I have to find another outfit??
We know how it goes. Before we tell you that you should always (read: ALWAYS) keep a pair of back-up leggings, let me tell you that it's okay. Even if it's not for something urgent, we don't think it's right to have to wait weeks for something you ordered online, not in this day and age! That's why we will always process and make sure orders are shipped between 1 and 2 business days. Oftentimes orders will be shipped as soon as the next business day, all for no extra cost to you. That's like, $5 bucks you just saved on "shipping and handling." You're welcome.
A: That's not a question! But if you're not satisfied with our products, first of all let me say I am personally sorry to hear that. Reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com, and I promise we will do our best to change your mind! But barring that...
A: D&K Monarchy offers a 30 Day Satisfaction-Guaranteed Return Policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you received the package to return the products for a refund or exchange. We will credit you the full purchase price, any taxes, minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please try to return products in the condition that you received them, and include the hangtag and original invoice if you've kept them. Items that have been damaged and/or altered will not be accepted. Products marked as "Clearance" items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sales are final on clearance items.
A: If the item that you ordered was already defective upon receipt, or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage or discrepancies claimed after the 72 hours of receipt will be subject to our discretion.
A: You must arrange your return or exchange within the 30-day period specified above. Simply send an e-mail to our customer service address at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the original invoice or a note with the order number included in the return so that we can identify your package. It is strongly recommended to use a tracking mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
A: D&K Monarchy cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the shipping-tracking system shows that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with the Shipping Service Provider to report your lost shipment.
A: The cancellation on orders which are packaged or packaged/shipped will incur 30% restocking charge (plus round-trip shipping cost if the parcel is refused by customer). It will be automatically charged to your credit card used to place an order.
We currently accept payments with PayPal and these following credit card companies: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Sale items can be returned and will be refunded at the sale rate. Please don’t confuse this with Clearance items, which have a different policy.
D&K Monarchy is not currently available at any brick and mortar (physical) store locations, but are planning to open stores starting 2016!

Tax is charged based on your location. We operate out of California, so all orders placed within California are subject to tax.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and checking the order. Orders are usually processed and shipped between 1-2 business days, after which you will receive the tracking number for your package. Track your package online at USPS.com with the tracking number provided. Please be sure to give USPS 24-36 hours to update the tracking information on your package’s shipment.
Your order could have been cancelled for a number of reasons, and usually we will be sure to contact you at your e-mail address if your order should be cancelled. Cancellations are rare and highly circumstantial, so if you have any questions about your order, please contact us!
